    WOW!!!!!!! I just read your blog!!! Thank you so much for the amazing compliments Tracey! Sometimes I get to teaching this stuff so often, that I wonder if it has any impact anymore.

    Your feelings and VERY well-written words proved that it is still very true, and that I should keep spreading the good word!

    Yes please keep going! You're amazing and we need more women like this. Our parents never knew how to teach us how to handle our emotions and it wreaked havoc on the last 2-3 generations. I've had to try and figure it out and find people like you as mentors that help us learn. It's so important!

    It's not the "goal" that is the goal. It's the "journey to" the goal that matters.

    Have FUN on your journey!! What if you were to die in three hours? Are you having FUN?
    Find the FUN in EVERYTHING YOU DO!!! "There's no fun in what I am doing." What if there was? PRETEND there is, and find it. Play games in your mind, do two things simultaneously, have a competition within your "self" - ANYTHING that will make your project a challenge, or a peaceful endeavor.

    Focus on the colors, the design, the air you are breathing... focus on the sights and sounds around you... turn on your favorite song or show... find SOMETHING that will keep you in the mindset of joy and happiness in EVERYTHING you do!

    Your goal is the JOURNEY to the goal. Set your goals high, but don't forget to to smell the flowers along the way. Stay far away from bad things and people around you that bring your spirit down. If they are family, love them, but avoid them. If they are friends, avoid them. If they are co-workers, avoid them. If you MUST be around certain negative people 100% of the time, focus on the good parts about your life that you can go to. Learn to "let go" and find something else that will bring you joy.

    Let go. Why? Because YOU may be feeding off their negative behavior. This causes you to age - very fast. ...

    Women often receive warnings about protecting themselves at the mall and in dark parking lots, etc. This is the first warning I have seen for men. I wanted to pass it on i n case you haven't heard about it.

    A 'heads up' for those men who may be regular customers at Lowe's, Home Depot, Costco, or even Wal-Mart. This one caught me totally by surprise.

    Over the last month I became a victim of a clever scam while out shopping. Simply going out to get supplies has turned out to be quite traumatic. Don't be naive enough to think it couldn't happen to you or your friends.

    Here's how the scam works:
    Two nice-looking, college-aged girls will come over to your car or truck as you are packing your purchases into your vehicle. They both start wiping your! windshield with a rag and Windex, with their breasts almost falling out of their skimpy T-shirts. (It's impossible not to look). When you thank them and offer them a tip, they say 'No' but instead ask for a ride to McDonald's.
    You agree and they climb into the vehicle. On the way, they start undressing. Then one of them starts crawling all over you, while the other one steals your wallet.
    I had my wallet stolen Mar. 4th, 9th, 10th, twice on the 15th, 17th, 20th, 24th, & 29th. Also Apr. 1st & 4th, twice on the 8th, 16th, 23rd, 26th & 27th, and very likely again this upcoming weekend.
    So tell your friends to be careful. What a horrible way to ...

    Below are the first Five of the Top Ten Tips that I promised you.
    If you can't go out Salsa dancing for One to Five hours every single night in Los Angeles, California, here's what you ABSOLUTELY need to adjust...

    1. Eat ALOT Less food.
    To be perfectly honest, I cannot consume over 800 calories a day if I'm sedentary. I gain at 1000. When I'm dancing in Los Angeles, five hours a night, 7 nights a week, 5000 calores per day is not enough -
    I LOSE weight at that level of intensity - and I'm NOT KIDDING.

    Try moving there for a year and see how RIPPED YOU GET.

    When I can't dance like that, I literally cut my caloric consumption to about a third AND 800 cal/day. That's against what a LOT OF FITNESS GURUS will tell you, but that is just "life" and reality when you dance hard-core Salsa in LA and then have to move! It's pretty devastating to say the least.

    This is real, and this is what I do. I am a small sedentary person now compared to what I used to be, and have had to adjust EVERYTHING about what and how I eat since I moved from LA. If you are short, and do not dance Salsa in Los Angeles, California you HAVE to eat MUCH LESS than your peers - BOTTOM LINE. You will know how to judge your consumption based on your height. ...
