Dear Appalled,
You call the police. It is NOT up to you to stop him. Let the POLICE conduct a full investigation. NOT YOU.
Tell the owner / his boss, AFTER you have done the above. If the owner does not fire him on the spot, leave the studio, then, post all over social media why you left.
You will NEVER be able to stop this behavior. PEOPLE DO NOT CHANGE. His pathetic behavior will continue, and continue, and continue no matter what studio he goes to. He has a porn sickness that can NEVER be healed. He needs to be put into prison where he can act out whatever he needs to act out with all his new dancer friends in prison.
He is a DANGER to society.
If you do not call the police, he will continue his behavior and eventually, a young innocent dancer will end up in a body bag.
